Scope of Services
I provide online mentoring, executive function support, and personal assistance for neurodivergent adults and teenagers.
My services are strictly informational, educational, and practical.
I do not provide mental health counseling, psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or crisis intervention.
2. Digital Session & Attendance Rules
Digital Environment: Clients must join online sessions from a secure, private, and distraction-free indoor space. For safety reasons, sessions will not be conducted if a client is driving or in an unsafe setting.
Tech Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required virtual platform (e.g., Microsoft teams or Whatsapp).
Connection Drops: If a digital connection fails, I will attempt to reconnect for 5 minutes. If it cannot be resolved, I will contact you via email or text to reschedule or finish the session via telephone.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
No-Show Threshold: If a client does not log into the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be treated as a no-show. The session will be ended, and the full fee will apply.
Late Arrivals: If you log into our session late but within 15 minutes of the start time, the session end time will still remain the same.
Neurodivergent-Friendly Reminders: I send automated reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before our session to assist with time-blindness and scheduling management.
Emergencies & Sudden Illness: I understand that sudden burnout, meltdowns, flare-ups, or emergencies happen. One-off exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at my discretion for unavoidable health or personal crises.
4. Limitations of Liability
As a sole trader, I take every professional care to support my clients. However, I am not liable for any specific academic, career, lifestyle, or personal outcomes. Clients (and their guardians, where applicable) retain full responsibility for their choices, physical health, and mental well-being.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
