Mentoring Services

You don't always need someone to tell you what's wrong. Sometimes you need someone who understands.

Being neurodivergent can mean navigating a world that wasn't designed with your brain in mind.

Maybe you're struggling to understand yourself after a diagnosis. Maybe you've received a diagnosis but very little support afterwards. Maybe you're still waiting for answers. Or perhaps you're simply exhausted from trying to figure everything out on your own.

That's where mentoring can help.

My mentoring is a collaborative relationship where we work alongside each other to make sense of your experiences, explore what you need and find practical ways to make life work better for you.

A space where you can be heard

I use my own lived experience of Autism and ADHD to offer understanding, validation and practical support.

I work with people at different stages of their neurodivergent journey — from young people navigating school and social situations through to adults who have received a late diagnosis and are trying to understand what it means for them.

You don't have to arrive with everything figured out.

You can bring the confusion, the overwhelm, the questions, the frustration or the things you've never felt able to say out loud.

We'll work through them together.

What can we work on?

Your mentoring sessions are shaped around you and what you need.

We might explore:

  • Understanding your neurodivergence and how it affects everyday life

  • Life after a diagnosis

  • Masking and discovering what feels authentic to you

  • Executive dysfunction and getting unstuck

  • Creating routines that work with your energy rather than against it

  • Managing overwhelm and recognising your limits

  • Navigating school, work and social situations

  • Preparing for difficult conversations

  • Finding practical strategies for everyday challenges

  • Building confidence in asking for what you need

  • Or simply having someone who understands to talk things through with

There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.

We figure out what works for your brain, your circumstances and your life.

This isn't about fixing you

I'm not here to make you more “normal”.

I'm not here to teach you how to mask better or force you into a productivity system that doesn't work for you.

You are the expert in your own life.

My role is to listen, share my lived experience, brainstorm with you, offer practical strategies and help you find your own way forward.

A note about what I offer

My mentoring is not therapy, medical care or clinical treatment, and I don't provide medical advice or diagnosis.

My support is based on lived experience, practical strategies and my ongoing learning around neurodivergence.

If something is outside my scope, I'll always be honest about that.

Not sure if mentoring is right for you?

That's completely okay.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before you contact me.

If something in this page has made you think “I think I might need this”, that's enough to start a conversation.

You can contact me through the contact form or WhatsApp and we can talk about what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a conversation.
