The Neurodivergent PA
Personal Assistant & Mentor for when there’s too much to do — and you don’t want to do it alone.
Practical, flexible support for neurodivergent people who need a little help getting life, admin and everything in between back on track.
Why my help is different
A lot of traditional productivity and mentoring advice is built around neurotypical expectations: "Buy a new planner," "Wake up earlier," or "Just visualise."
If you are neurodivergent, you already know that these top-down approaches lead to masking, exhaustion, and burnout.
Here is how I do things differently:
Lived Experience: I know what it feels like to spend years believing you're the problem because the systems everyone tells you should work… don't. I was late diagnosed with Autism & ADHD, so everything I do for my clients is rooted in real personal experiences.
Affirmation Over Modification: I do not try to fix you, change how your brain processes information, or force you to mask. We work with your unique cognitive style, not against it.
Practical PA Support + Strategic Mentorship: If executive dysfunction is keeping you stuck, we can use our sessions to "body-double"—meaning we tackle administrative forms, digital clutter, or calendar planning together, live on the call.
Low-Friction Communication: Your energy changes each day so your support should too. On low-verbal or high-anxiety days, you can turn your camera off, communicate through typed text chat, or stim without judgment.
Co-Created Systems: We experiment together to build flexible, custom routines that actually make sense to your brain and fit your current energy capacity.
You don't need another system that asks you to work harder to fit the world around you. You need support that works with the brain you actually have.
