24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.

No-Show Threshold: If a client does not log into the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be treated as a no-show. The session will be ended, and the full fee will apply.

Late Arrivals: If you log into our session late but within 15 minutes of the start time, the session end time will still remain the same.

Neurodivergent-Friendly Reminders: I send automated email reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before our session to assist with time-blindness and scheduling management.

Emergencies & Sudden Illness: I understand that sudden burnout, meltdowns, flare-ups, or emergencies happen. One-off exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at my discretion for unavoidable health or personal crises.
