Platform Requirements: Clients need a reliable internet connection and access to Microsoft teams for video calls or whatsapp/email for written meetings when required.

Disconnection Protocol: If our digital connection drops during a session, I will attempt to reconnect via the platform for 5 minutes before sending a follow-up email or text to reschedule or complete the session via phone.

Safe Virtual Environment: Clients must join sessions from a safe, private, and quiet indoor space. Sessions cannot be conducted while the client is driving or in an unsafe public setting.
